We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and, where applicable to users in those regions, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other applicable data-protection laws.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you contact our support team, we retain the content of your messages to resolve your enquiry and improve service quality.

3. How we use your information and legal bases

We use collected data to:

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing your data and our payment processor

We share data only as described below:

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record). Our payments and order processing are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you make a purchase, you provide your payment information directly to Paddle, and Paddle processes it as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy). Paddle handles billing, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the AI provider that powers our AI assistant) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, court order, or a governmental or regulatory authority.
  • Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, with prior notice to you.
  • With your consent. We will share data for any other purpose only with your explicit permission.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside Singapore and the EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA and, where applicable, rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Trading data connected to your account is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in (session cookies), remember your preferences (persistent cookies), and analyse usage and performance (analytics cookies). You can control cookie settings in your browser; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party advertising-tracking cookies.

8. Data security

We implement reasonable security measures, including HTTPS encryption for data in transit, hashed password storage (bcrypt), access controls limiting access to authorised personnel, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and while we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
