FX Monitor ("we", "our", "us"), operated fx-monitor.com, is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

2.2 Trading Data

When you connect an MetaTrader account via our EA or API, we receive and store trading data including account balance, equity, open positions, trade history, and performance metrics. We do not collect or store your MT5 account passwords or broker credentials.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service: pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URLs. This data is used to improve the Service and ensure security.

2.4 Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain the content of your messages to resolve your inquiry and improve our service quality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process and display your trading analytics
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, subscription receipts, alerts)
  • Send product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time)

  • Analyze usage and performance (analytics cookies)

You can control cookie settings in your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Hashed password storage (bcrypt)
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Regular security reviews

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.
