Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FX Monitor ("the Service"), available at fx.virtirio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and paid account holders.

2. Description of Service

FX Monitor is a web-based analytics platform designed to monitor, analyze, and report on trading activity for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts. The Service provides account performance dashboards, equity tracking, trade history analysis, and related tools for individual traders and trading teams.

FX Monitor is an informational and analytical tool only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide investment advice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FX Monitor only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to engage in or facilitate any illegal activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without prior written permission
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. MetaTrader Integration and Data

To connect your MetaTrader account, you may use our Expert Advisor (EA) or API integration. By connecting your account, you:

  • Grant FX Monitor read access to your trading data (positions, history, account metrics)
  • Confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have permission to connect the account
  • Acknowledge that FX Monitor does not store or transmit your MT5 account passwords

We do not place or modify trades on your behalf. All data received is used solely for analytics and display purposes within the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

FX Monitor offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrading of your account

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials within FX Monitor are the property of Virtirio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

You retain ownership of your trading data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimers

FX Monitor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Data displayed will be accurate, complete, or real-time
  • The Service is suitable for any particular trading strategy or decision

Nothing on FX Monitor constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All analytics are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtirio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FX Monitor at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Virtirio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
