Public Dashboards

Updated 04 Apr 2026

Any account or portfolio on FX Monitor can be made publicly accessible via a unique link. This allows you to share your trading results with other traders, investors, or followers without giving them access to your private account.

Making an Account or Portfolio Public

Open Settings for the account or portfolio and go to the Share Results tab.

Enable Make account public (or Make portfolio public) — once enabled, a unique public link is generated immediately and displayed in the Public Link field. Click Copy to copy it to the clipboard.

The public link follows the format: https://fx-monitor.com/public/dashboard.php?account=XX

Anyone with this link can view the dashboard without logging in. Visitors are shown a PUBLIC REPORT badge at the top of the page and can optionally click Join to Track to add the account to their own Tracking List on FX Monitor.

Controlling Visible Data

Under Visible in Public Report, you can independently toggle which data is shown to visitors. Each item can be enabled or disabled:

  • Account number — the MetaTrader account number
  • Owner name — your display name
  • Broker / Server — broker name and server
  • Balance values — current balance
  • Equity values — current equity
  • Open trades — currently open positions
  • Open orders — pending orders
  • Lot sizes — volume of each trade
  • Trade history — closed trade history
  • TP / SL levels — Take Profit and Stop Loss levels
  • Magic numbers — EA identifiers attached to trades
  • Comments — trade comments

This gives you full control over what is visible. For example, you can share performance statistics and trade history while hiding balance values, account numbers, or lot sizes.

Click Save changes to apply. Changes take effect immediately for anyone viewing the public link.

Public Dashboard

The public dashboard is visually identical to the private Account Dashboard or Portfolio Dashboard. It contains the same equity curve, statistics, trading activity, analytics, and trade efficiency sections — with the exception of any data fields the owner has chosen to hide.

Visitors cannot modify any settings, apply filters, or access account management features. The dashboard is read-only.

Tracking Public Accounts

Any visitor viewing a public dashboard can click Join to Track to add the account to their own Tracking List on FX Monitor. This allows other traders to follow your results directly from their account without needing to bookmark the link manually.

This feature is particularly useful for Expert Advisor developers who want to share live performance of their strategies with buyers or followers, and for asset managers who need to provide clients or investors with transparent, real-time access to trading results — without granting any access to the account itself.
